A DES representative will be at your job site checking in our employees the first day of work. Then we’ll also will follow up with both, you the client and the employee, periodically after that. Every DES office has employee appreciation events, employee of the month awards and referral bonuses for our employees as well. We’ve provided quality placements since 1999 and our customer service is second to none. DES guarantees our placements and you are never charged more than what the employee works for you on a contract-to-hire basis. One of our basic philosophies is “in-person” communication. You will be able to place a face with the voice of the DES representatives that will be taking care of you.
