Monday- Friday 40 hours
Build relationships with existing customers to partner in ensuring 100% satisfaction, guaranteeing renewals, and maximizing account potential through seeking expansion opportunities. Some responsibilities will include; Troubleshoot and provide resolution, function as a project manager for customers. Work with other departments to publish learning tracks, curriculum, and other supporting documentation customers will need for maximum ROI.
Understanding of Excel, communication skills, maintain and establish relationships. Eagerness to learn and coach ability.
Background check and drug screen will be required.
