2. Potential employees attend orientation
Employees are required to attend an orientation that consists of people skills, health, and safety. This helps to make sure they are ready for the position they are assigned. We guarantee our employees and never send an individual who isn’t qualified for the job.
3. We offer safety incentive bonuses
Safety videos are shown to potential employees who will be working in the industrial sector. They must also complete a safety questionnaire in order to be eligible for employment. Each month a DES manager chooses an employee who has an exemplary safety record to receive a bonus and certificate.
4. We follow up
A representative will call the employee and employer after the first day of employment, and throughout, to ensure ultimate satisfaction. There is always a DES staff member available for questions or to discuss any concerns.
